DISCOVER

Based on a rigorous set of private business standards, first developed at MIT, the Discover Assessment uses an informal survey format to gain valuable insights into a business using a framework of 18 Value Drivers. 

Using Discover helps you deliver immediate value by generating a report which includes the company's operational health and value, its potential value, the top three growth opportunities within the company, and highlights any significant risk conditions the business may have. 

PROTECT

The Protect Assessment is a risk awareness and mitigation tool. It is designed to quantify and connect personal to business risk and lay the foundation to protect a business owner’s future. Financial Advisors can ensure the most valuable assets of their clients are protected, and to identify ‘actionable’ and ‘prioritized’ next steps.  Understanding enterprise value is the first step in financial planning for the business owner.

Protect uses this data to examine four areas (Future, Family, Business and Team) and to identify all the risks facing a business owner that could impact the viability of the business, and their current and future financial plans.

ROADMAP

The Roadmap Tool takes both the report and recommendations from different assessments and allows advisors to add customized commentary and recommendations, combining the analytical power of the assessments with the knowledge and expertise of the advisor.


The result is an actionable deliverable that is specific to the individual owner and sets up for a guided implementation. Roadmap is used by Advisors who are looking to increase the value of their engagements with deep data and an actionable task list. 

GROW

The Grow Assessment (or "Grow") is a deeper assessment into the operational strengths and weaknesses of a business. Using the results from Discover, Grow drills into each driver component to provide additional details concerning the relative strength of each driver at work in the company. The Assessment takes a quantitative approach by challenging the owner to substantiate prior responses from Discover. An owner may state that they're 'growing at a good clip' during the Discover interview; during Grow, they are challenged to demonstrate why they chose that answer.
 
The Grow Report brings further transparency into the business’s: Current Enterprise Value, Potential Enterprise Value, Value Gap, CoreValue Rating, Operational Diligence, Red Flags and provides a Suggested Task list to recapture the value trapped in the business.
