With a little self-motivation, anyone can learn how to use our software. In fact, most of our users say that our assessments help to lead the conversation with their clients, making engagements easier and more productive.

Overview of Dashboard

 

The Valucompass Dashboard helps you organize all of your clients and prospects into one secure platform. Navigating the site is easy and allows you to get a high level view of all your business owner needs.

Steps:

  1. Log into your dashboard here
    or here: https://bluesky.valucompass.com/

  2. Review the different tabs at the top.

  3. Add a logo if you have one. Go to "Settings" in the upper right hand corner of the screen. 
    Then click on "Update Logo". Enter your business logo which will appear on all assessments and reports.Screenshot 2025-09-30 at 2.26.36 PM

Adding a Client

 

 

After you have identified a new business owner prospect, you will need to add them to your ValuCompass dashboard. With only three piece of information you can easily add a new client.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Prospects section
    Click on the word "Prospects" or use the "+" sign

  2. Click "Add Prospect"

  3. Fill out the three required fields
    "Owner Name", "Owner Email", "Business Name"
    NEVER use your Advisor Email for testing purposes!

Running the Discover Assessment

 

 

Once you have set up the short introductory appointment with your client and added them to your dashboard, you will be ready to run your first business evaluation - the Discover Assessment.

Steps:

  1. Click on the Prospect that you added.
  2. Click Start Discover.
  3. Run through the questions until you get the report.
  4. Review the highlighted areas of the report.
